What you'll be doing
- Escalating any issues to the Customer Manager or UK Planning Shift Manager immediately to allow them to be dealt with in a timely manner
- Ensuring you work as a team member such that you have effective and close working relationships with other teams, departments and sites across the AGRO Merchants Group
- Demonstrating a team focused approach to work by working closely with your colleagues and providing support where required
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday

- Selfmotivation to use their initiative and to innovate, when required
- Calm and patient, able to work under pressure.
- The ability to work well under pressure
