Role summary
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
- Complete activities to support the delivery of Cash, Cost, Service, and SNO critical metric for Area/Category
- As SNO "single point of contact" (SPOC) working with a specific factory/ end market to help achieve Area/Category, Direct Reporting Business Unit (DRBU) & Region's targets
- Actively adopt and implement digital transformation initiatives (Integrated Planning Transformation, Hive, Clear Metal, PBI, and other online tools) for the assigned factory/end market/category
- Continuously upskill technical capabilities and commercial understanding
- Continuously seek and explore process simplification within Area & DRBU
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Specific accountabilities for the role:
- Responsible for communication with the customer and/or customer service.
- Responsible for the supply chain networks and maps
- Responsible for overall inventory within the supply network
- Calculating stockholding policies and (Multi echelon Inventory Optimisation (MEIO) FG) handling inventory service levels, safety stock and inventory levels
- Handling and validating the cumulative planning leadtimes
- Resolving and presenting supply issues the impact external demand
- Responsible for the planned orders (deployment) for inter and inmarket inventory deployment
- Demand & distribution exceptions
- Responsible for execution of distribution orders within the firm zone
- Collaborating with the demand planner, master planner (or SNP) and local distribution orders in the scheduling zones
- Ensuring constraint availability
- Responsible for D&I planning, transactional and master data
- Achieving efficient plan for the entire planning horizon
- Firming and aligning supply and planned orders (for production and purchasing) in the planning zone
- Responsible for MP planning, transactional and master data
- Supervising and actioning supply exceptions
- Defining and maintaining the resources that are not in source system
- Responsible for handling the constraints in supply
- Build Planning BOM and new constraint in KXS Rapid Response
- Responsible for sharing forecast with suppliers
Specific accountabilities for the Master Planner (external):
- Achieving efficient plan for the entire planning horizon
- Responsible for firming and aligning planned orders (for purchasing) in the planning zone
- Responsible for the planning, transactional and sourcing master data
- Responsible for supervising and actioning supply exceptions
- Responsible for collaborating with Master Planner Production (or SNP), purchasing planner, production scheduler and D&I Planner.
- Responsible for managing the constraints within suppliers
- Responsible for ensuring visibility for the supplier capacity and supplier raw materials availability
- Responsible for calculating stockholding policies (excluding Multi echelon Inventory Optimisation (MEIO) FG)
- Selects scenarios in case of resolution
- Approval of parameter automation policies due to segmentation
- Approval of stockholding or other policies
Experience, skills, knowledge
ESSENTIAL
Experience Required
- 13 years across Planning, Logistic, NPI (Manufacturing & Commercial experience would be an advantage)
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical and digital skills
- Good Supply Chain knowledge (process, metrics)
- Solid understanding in IWS, CI tools, and agile concept
- Some evidence of leadership capabilities, for example:
- Anticipation in order to craft the future rather than react to it.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- University degree (Supply Chain related major could be an advantage)
- Mastery in sophisticated planning system could be an advantage
Beneficial
- Experience with ERP / Planning systems.
- FMCG and/or consumer electronics supply chain experience
