Crawley

£35,000 - £40,000 + Car Allowance & Management bonus scheme
Are you an experienced recruiter looking for that next step into management? Would you like to manage an established team with proven billings and experience?

Our established Call & Contact Centre team in Crawley are looking to add a Managing Consultant to lead them into 2023.

Our team is established and full of proven billers from Associate Consultants up to Senior Consultants so you will be joining at a perfect time.

Reporting to the Director, you will be working within the commercial sector and a market leader in the area working with some large, established clients recruiting into the Customer Service & Sales market.

You will be continuing to build on established business but also create new opportunities which will create an increase in earning potential and progression up to the director level for you.

With a recent investment from the private equity company H2, we have been able to invest in our training and provide you and your team with the award-winning consultant and management training to support growth and development.

You will also receive £0 threshold from day one on any personal billings allowing you to earn a bonus from day one and receive a management bonus on the team's billings.

Key skills required;

Previous recruitment experience is essential
An interest in Digital/Tech is preferable
Passionate, driven and tenacious
Confident in the ability to build rapport
Ability to nurture relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication
Working to targets and deadlines
