Here at Serco, we work with Asylum Accommodation and Support Services to assist individuals through the asylum system, which includes providing them with temporary accommodation.

AASC contracts offer a range of improvements, with a particular focus on assisting individuals through the asylum system.

They will ensure that vulnerable asylum seekers have access to the support they need and set clear requirements on the standard and condition of accommodation.


Your role as the Business Support Coordinator will involve you supporting on major projects, focusing on learning & development strategies whilst dealing with complaints.

Some key accountabilities for this role will include stakeholder management across the AASC contract and the wider business, daily monitoring and management of all role accounts in the Business Support team, directing or processing requests as required to a high standard, providing excellent outcomes for our internal and external customers


What you need to do the job


We are looking for someone who can bring a lot of energy to the role, is adaptable to different situations and can work in a fast-paced environment with an eye for attention to detail.

You will be an effective communicator, both verbal and written.

You have great organisational skills with the ability to manage a variety of tasks, and prioritise own workload to meet specific timescales.
