Job:
Spanish Customer Service Advisor

Hourly rate:
£12.66 per hour

Hours:
Office based, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Start date:
Thursday 19th January to 6 months temp

Nearest station:
Wembley Park (Office is 5-minute walk from station)

The chosen Customer Service Agent will carry out duties such as:

Analyse all claims and investigate thoroughly using the relevant tools.
Give relevant compensations and goodwill gestures according to guidelines.
Communicate information about products and services to customers.
Report all relevant customers' experiences and comments to the Customer Engagement Team Coach/Team Manager.

The ideal Customer Service Agent will possess the following skills/knowledge:

Must be IT literate with strong working knowledge of Word/Excel and preferable Lotus Notes.
Ideally experience using Fidelio, Amadeus, Intranet, ePax, World Tracer etc.
Experience of using various CRM systems, must be tech savvy
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and fluent in Spanish
