Description
We are looking to appoint a committed Learning Support Assistant to join our Inclusion department.You will be required to assist with a variety of learning activities and support with whole school literacy programmes to ensure student literacy development.
Professional Responsibilities will include:
- Working with individuals or small groups of students in the classroom;
- Key worker role for a student with an EHCP
- Supporting students with social and emotional wellbeing;
- Implementing specific programmes with individuals or small groups appropriate to their development needs throughout the curriculum area;
- Assisting in the devising of individual student targets and supporting regular monitoring and review;
- Developing positive relationships with students and staff to assist with student progress and attainment.
