Our client is looking for a Client Support Manager to join their team based in Exeter. Our client is a procurement consultancy that prides itself on its excellent client support.


Client Support Manager responsibilities:


  • Putting the company's clients at the heart of everything you do. Make sure all engagements are profitable to the clients.
  • Manage 120 clients and their caseloads.
  • Inputting uptodate information into the CRM database and recording each interaction.
  • Maintaining awareness of market trends, and client and competitor activity, proactively feeding back to the management team.

Client Support Manager Requirements include:
-


  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft 36
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to use your initiative.
