Overview


2fawcett are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator, to join a company located in Nottingham on a full-time, permanent basis.


The Role & Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator


The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for the improvement of customer service, through the processing, data gathering and management of sales and product related issues.

Processing customer related product and order errors.

Processing of customer complaints, taking control of the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.

Customer Credit Administration.

Supplying customers with POD's.

Data gathering and recording.

Processing faulty product returns to vendors,

Awareness of Custom Changes & requirements for non-UK Shipments and Returns.

Backup for other personnel in the department as necessary.

ad-hoc duties.


Requirements of the Customer Service Administrator
Customer Service qualifications an advantage.

Attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Ability to remain calm and customer focused under pressure.

Task-oriented multi-tasker.
