Salary**:
£42,000 - £47,000 per annum


Location:
Kings Hill

Commercial Services Group is recruiting for an experienced CSI Controller on behalf of its' sister company, Cantium Business Solutions.

**The Role
**As our Continuous Improvement Manager, you will analyse, maintain and improve our organisations performance. We are looking for a highly competent process manager who would utilise their skills in project design, leadership and overall management toensure our performance, and process development. They will also act as a process analyst, business strategist and project supervisor.


Key Duties

  • Analysing company processes and procedures.
  • Developing process enhancement strategies.
  • Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes.
  • Establishing norms and standards of company performance.
  • Monitoring staff performance and organisational processes.
  • Managing staff cohorts and teams of various sizes.
  • Training, mentoring, and guiding team members in new processes.
  • Staying uptodate with developments in management and process optimization

What we need from you

  • ITIL Foundation
  • High level of working in an IT Service Delivery function
  • Substantial experience of completing assessment and analysis of major incidents and resolutions
  • High level of understanding of computers and supporting infrastructure to identify common issues
  • Detailed understanding of the ITIL Framework and meeting Service Level targets
