We specialise in working with both domestic and overseas clients on a close basis to provide them with great property investment opportunities in Leeds and surrounding areas.

We work closely with solicitors, lenders, surveyors, build/refurbishment teams and estate agents to provide a complete hands-free service for all of our clients.

We are currently one of the largest property sourcing agents for the Hong Kong investor market.

At Perfect10 Property Group we are involved in several lucrative property strategies, such as Buy-to-Let, Social Housing, Serviced Accommodation, HMO and more.


This is a client facing role and you will represent and communicate to our client throughout, managing all phases from conveyancing, monitoring the progress, arranging refurbishment works and seeing this to completing, and handing the property to the letting agent or other related parties depending on the investment strategy.

You will be required to manage multiple projects at any one time.

It is key that you understand and create the most efficient ways to ensure each transaction is delivered as soon as possible.

Previous project management experience and knowledge of properties is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. This is a chance to work in a growing start-up and there are significant growth and development opportunities.

You will learn from some of the best property experts in the UK and get access to extensive training in property investment alongside the job.

The job will be office/home based as needed.

  • This will be a parttime role initially, with the aim to ideally transition you fulltime within a year._


This is a client facing role to ensure that Perfect10 Properties provides a high standard, hands free service for investing in property.

To oversee, support, coordinate on all property investment projects to ensure they are completed on time and within scope and budget.

You will work alongside our company directors and our senior admin staff to complete tasks set out in the job role.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage a pipeline of property investment projects from conveyancing stage to refurb being signed off and the property being let out.
  • Liaison and coordination of different parties in the transaction, in order to ensure the successful delivery of the projects.
  • Prepare regular updates to clients and the company regarding status.
  • Evaluate and manage risk, ensuring mitigation and resolution of problems arising on the projects.
  • Client management, support and progress the conveyancing of client property purchases, providing communication updates to the client.
  • Coordinating and supporting the process of the property being rented out by an external management agent, within the required time frame.
  • Managing variety of stakeholders
  • Maintaining good and strong relationships with all parties involved within the process

Requirements (Skills and experience):


  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, project management or similar
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage schedules and resources.
  • Exceptional client management and organisational skills
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail, vigilant and accuracy in work
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, laws, and standards in UK property investing and development but not essential
  • Has grit, determination and resilience, able to cope with setbacks and difficult conversations and situations
  • Good attitude and eager to learn
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Driven and ambitious for building a career in property
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Driver's licence and access to a car
