Internal Training Supervisor role will support the growing demand from Rig Aftermarket groups for building, assigning and tracking the completion of the focused development plans and programs within Europe region.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Design and oversee the delivery of training programs for internal employees
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and create focused learning plans for different departments.
  • Implement and manage a structured onboarding program for new hires, including industry regulations, and on jobtraining.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators.
  • Coordinate with external training providers to supplement internal programs with specialized courses.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting internal training opportunities and resources.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


  • Proven experience in managing complex projects (locally and globally), Team Lead or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and evolving work environment.
  • Proven ability to motivate, manage and mentor
  • Experience in creating and implementing productspecific training plans is highly desirable.
