Global Mobility Assistant Main Responsibilities

Netherlands Branch Duties

  • Coordinate with the Netherlands branch for travel schedule to prepare in advance correct documentation required for travel
  • Check visa regulations for countries that business travellers are visiting
  • Complete Posted Worker Notifications when needed and ensure compliance with this regulation
  • Work with third party to ensure expatriate wage tax is calculated and paid for the Netherlands branch each month
  • Support visitors from Japan with any immigration and PWN requirements
  • Keep up to date with immigration, tax, and social security regulations for the EMEA region
EMEA Global Mobility team duties

  • Support business travellers, inbound and outbound, ensuring compliance with visa, tax and social security regulations. Maintain accurate and up to date records
  • Help prepare expatriate monthly payroll and the monthly payroll for our French company
  • Prepare and send monthly benefit data to branches and group companies as required
  • Help collect data for tax returns and complete provider spreadsheet
  • Support the expatriate lifecycle communications and process
  • Work with the accounting system or directly with the accounting team to arrange payments for invoices
  • Maintain data administration to ensure accurate employee information is recorded (in HR system and outside of system). Keep data storage in line with data protection regulations
  • Work with relocation firms, international agencies, vendors, and government officials
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation skills with ability to reorganise at short notice if required
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to liaise with all levels of management
  • Excellent customer service attitude (internal / external)
  • Ability to manage priorities
  • Ability to use initiative and have a problemsolving attitude
  • Have some experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures for global mobility
  • MS Office (Advanced)
  • Japanese speaker ideal but not essential
  • English and Maths GCSE Grade C or above, or equivalent
