A quick look at the role.
You will be working at our Hinkley Point C client providing administration support to the HPC function.


Successful employment will depend on passing a security clearance check.

  • To assist with day to day administration requirements as directed by the Contract Manager.
  • Take and manage calls from customers to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Support Logistics Coordinators with booking in lift requirements as required.
  • Assist with revenue ticket processing as required.
  • To meet all deadlines.
  • To manage project specific requirements.
  • Other duties as requested.
  • To assist and cover other staff members roles as required.
  • Complete monthly customer reports.

Requirements:


  • Calm and polite manner.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Flexible approach.
  • Excellent communicator. Microsoft Word and Excel.
