Description
Our client in Trafford Park is looking to recruit a Manufacturing Operative for work based out of their manufacturing and distribution site


The work will involve:


  • Using a variety of hand tools and machines to adjust and prep furniture for home installation
  • Checking finished products for quality
  • Assisting with loading and unloading stock manually and with the use of an FLT (Training can be provided)

The working times and pay:


  • 07:3016:00
  • Monday to Friday
  • 40 hours a week paid after breaks 1 x 30 min unpaid and 2 x paid 15 mins
- £12.00 p/h with an increase after 12 working weeks when taken perm to £13.00 p/h


Skills/Experience Needed:


  • Previous experience producing/manufacturing furniture and furnishings
  • Experience using Edgebanders & Beam Saws
  • Experience with CNC Machines needed preferably Homag models
  • FLT Licence would be an advantage but not essential

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm


Salary:
£12.00-£13.00 per hour
