An exciting opportunity has become available for an Administration to join our Families Health and Wellbeing 0-19 Service.


The Families' Health and Wellbeing Service offers an integrated, flexible and family focused service providing high quality, support and care to Children and Young People across Staffordshire.


The successful applicant will be a part of a supportive skill mix team of administrators and clinicians including Health Visitors, School Nurses and Nursery Nurses.


The Administrator for the Single Point of Access will provide a confidential and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the Universal and Emotional Health and Wellbeing teams.

The post holder will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, primarily working to provide comprehensive call handling and administrative support on behalf of the above teams.


The post holder will be required to work on their own initiative and demonstrate a willingness to help others and be a key member of the team.

The post holder will be expected to be able to prioritise work and meet deadlines in order to fulfil the requirements of the post.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential with an ability to deal with sensitive and challenging situations. The post holder will be required to utilise a computer for word processing and database management.
