Description
Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Product Owner to join an expanding organisation in West Yorkshire.The role is permanent, paying around £48,000 per annum and the role offers hybrid working with a focus on home-based.
The Role:
- Improve customer experience (CX) by managing the design, development and support of the customer facing digital platforms such as the webpages and customer portals
- Manage the full development lifecycle for projects, alongside continuous improvements to the digital platforms. This includes testing of the projects
- Adopt a customercentric methodology to the changes delivered to ensure direct customer benefits
- Engage the business managers and the Insights & Innovation team to evaluate changes and map out any new features that may improve the system further
- Manage the operational and contractual relationship with suppliers and stakeholders
The Person:
- Experience in understanding customer journeys and changes that will impact this
- Work in line with the organisation's core values of inclusivity, driven for solutions, smart and caring for customers
- Work well within a team, using experience to help other members and guiding the team when required
