An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join an ambitious international law firm with a friendly, down to earth and approachable culture.
This is a highly attractive role working closely with two experienced BD Managers and offering a lot of flexibility to the successful applicant.
The Business Development Executive will provide support to some of the firm's most prestigious practice groups,Finance, Real Estate and Projects, and will be tasked with helping them to grow their market reputation and revenues.
The role holder will manage a number of finance sub-groups, including attending and running BD meetings to support partners and fee-earnersto identify opportunities for new business and generate relevant ideas to build market presence and will have the opportunity to contribute and shape BD plans for these groups.
Your main responsibilities will include managing the full proposal lifecycle, theeffective digital distribution of newsletters, podcasts, social media posts and other marketing content and the Legal 500 and Chambers submission process for selected practice areas.
You will work closely with the Events Manager to produce and deliver outstandingclient events and help partners on cementing and further developing profitable revenue growth from their key client relationships.
Working on targeted client research, distilling reports so they focus on key areas of relevance and suggesting resulting BD opportunitiesto fee earners will represent an important element of this challenging role.
You will be of graduate calibre or equivalent with previous BD experience in a law firm preferably at Executive level.
The Business Development Executivewill be confident, organised and pragmatic, with a team-oriented attitude, and will possess both strong communication skills and a good eye for detail.
