The purpose of the role is to effectively monitor and track large complex technology and business change programmes of work or multi related projects, proactively tracking progress within an established and well-structured framework to enable effective delivery.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating and managing the end-to-end delivery, including forecasting, estimating, and managing uncertainty, whilst being able to stick to deadlines, work with contractors and third parties to deliver services agreedwithin KPI budgets and timescales, liaise with heads of departments to drive improvements and new technologies and tools create an efficient working practice amongst other responsibilities.


Must Have

  • Demonstrable commercial experience within Programme Management
  • Strong Leadership skills and a real desire to make a difference and shape an investment programme to achieve social value.
  • CRM experience
  • Strong thirdparty supplier management and relationship building abilities.
  • Professional qualifications in Programme or Project Management, such as MSP, Prince2, APM or similar

Nice to Have

  • CRM Platform knowledge, MS Dynamics 365 CE, Salesforce, or similar
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools & cloud computing
  • Proficient in use of delivery and collaboration tools (DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams, Skype)
  • Experience of ITIL principles and processes
  • Social Housing sector industry experience
