We have recently gained a new package of care bringing many fresh and exciting opportunities to join our team in Milton Keynes.


We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user.


Meet our service user
Our new service user is a young boy who has is currently being supported in hospital.


You will be required to support him within the hospital setting throughout the night until he can be discharged to a his new specially adapted home.


Whilst in hospital you will be there to provide support and encouragement from engaging in games to storytelling, you will be there to bring to support with his development and care needs.

His likes are typical for a child, such as sensory play using têxtiles and sounds. He also attends a specialist school part time during the day where he enjoys playing with his peers.

You will also be there to support his discharge journey and support him in his family home. Throughout the night you will assist with his clinical care needs and ensuring he remains safe and comfortable.

Building trust and providing emotional support is a big part of this role. You will be a compassionate listener, lending an empathetic ear offering encouragement and positivity when needed for his family.


It is essential that you are confident with working with children and complex needs for this position

Essential Experience Required

  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
  • Medication Administration

Desirable Experience

  • Seizure Management
  • Oxygen Management

We have the following shifts available;

  • Part Time
  • Nights 10 hour shifts
  • 10pm 8am

Take a look at our payrates
Weeknights £12.00 per hour (£120 approx. per 10 shift)

Weekends £12.50 per hour (£125 approx. per 10 shift)

Bank Holiday £15.00 per hour (£150 approx. per 10 shift)
