Description
A leading membership organisation are currently looking for a relationship manager to help develop the membership base by managing external relationships with existing members and supporting the sales activity of the wider Commercial team.
- You will be responsible for:
- Account managing key strategic accounts
- Owning the account management of some of the smaller accounts
- Driving increased membership retention and satisfaction
- Tracking engagement, member news and issues of interest to members to inform the wider business
- Increasing the value of the membership portfolio with a strong focus on the delivery of account management protocols and crossselling commercial sponsorship opportunities.
To be considered for the role:
- An account management/sales background
- Excellent relationship management skills
- The ability to hold credible conversations at Csuite level
- Interest in current affairs/ politics
