A leading membership organisation are currently looking for a relationship manager to help develop the membership base by managing external relationships with existing members and supporting the sales activity of the wider Commercial team.


  • You will be responsible for:
  • Account managing key strategic accounts
  • Owning the account management of some of the smaller accounts
  • Driving increased membership retention and satisfaction
  • Tracking engagement, member news and issues of interest to members to inform the wider business
  • Increasing the value of the membership portfolio with a strong focus on the delivery of account management protocols and crossselling commercial sponsorship opportunities.

To be considered for the role:

  • An account management/sales background
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • The ability to hold credible conversations at Csuite level
  • Interest in current affairs/ politics
