Long Covid RehabilitationCBT THERAPIST

37.5 hours per week, part time hours considered

18 month Fixed Term Contract or secondment

  • Are you interested in the development of Long COVID services and managing patient with psychological problems as a result of Long COVID?


The Coventry & Warwickshire Long Covid Pathway is part of the post covid integrated system and aims to provide a first-class community rehabilitation service to adults with Post Covid syndrome.

You will be working in a new service with many opportunities for individual and service development.

As part of the Rehabilitation team, you will work alongside the Long Covid Rehab coordinators, Physiotherapists, Occupational therapists, Psychologists, and Technical instructors.

You will work across the ICS including the CWPT Long Covid clinic, SWFT Long Covid clinic, Rugby Long covid clinic, and George Elliot Long covid clinic.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering rehabilitation to patients recovering from Post Covid syndrome.

You will be involved in multidisciplinary team working, and help the patient access interventions and education from different sources, including face to face and virtual interventions.

The post holder will listen and facilitate discussion, be able to problem solve and set meaningful goals with these patients and to provide 1:1 treatment where appropriate.


We work alongside Coventry and Warwickshire MIND to deliver the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.


Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults and older adults over many sites across Coventry & Warwickshire.


Services are provided to a population of over one million people living in Coventry and Warwickshire and also a wider geographical area in some of our specialist services, we see on average around 5,000 patients every day.


The service received an overall rating of Good by the CQC and an Outstanding for care and compassion of which we are rightly proud.
