Your role at a glance

The team

The Frontline Support Team (FLS) provides support to the Frontline Regulation Directorate (FLR) through the provision of a comprehensive and effective administrative service.


  • Providing support to the Frontline Regulation Directorate with administrative and transactional workstreams, with a riskbased approach dependent on business requirements
  • Creating an accurate record of all communications with internal and external parties


We are looking for an Intern who is interested in a career in regulation to work in a collaborative and friendly team providing comprehensive administrative support to Supervision, Enforcement, and wider Frontline Regulation teams for case and project work.


Job description:


What you'll do
As a Frontline Support Intern, you will work closely with our experts to:

  • Provide administrative support for case related internal/external meetings. This will include liaising with key stakeholders, minute taking for external meetings, completing action and decision logs for internal meetings, coordinating diaries, and sending out agendas, all within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Proactively coordinate your own workload and prioritise to meet legislative timescales, published Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), internal SLAs and Quality Assurance criteria.
Save correspondence accurately to the TPR internal document management system within required SLA.

  • Provide general administrative support such as scanning, printing and data entry.
  • Complete transactional tasks using multiple databases.
  • Support the preparation of bundles for internal and external parties.
  • Support on continuous improvement projects involving gathering requirements, user acceptance testing and drafting/updating guidance.

  • What you'll bring
  • Attention to detail and accuracy due to the complexity and risk of work
  • Flexible in approach, ability to travel for case related meetings.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, being flexible and adaptable to accommodate urgent tasks.
  • Knowledge of working with Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate accurately and professionally both verbally and in writing
