Jenson Fisher are delighted to be supporting our client, a fast paced commercial business, to recruit a Credit Controller to join their finance team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Credit Controller will play a crucial role in managing the day to day success of the company's credit control function, ensuring timely payment from clients while maintaining positive relationships with them.

On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:

Conduct regular reviews of customer accounts and credit limits to manage credit risk effectively.
Resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate repayment plans with clients when necessary.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure credit terms and limits are appropriately set for new and existing customers.
Work closely with internal departments to resolve billing and paymentrelated issues promptly.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all credit control activities and communications.
Provide regular reports on aged debt and credit control performance to the finance management team.

To succeed in this role you must have previous experience in a Credit Control position where you have developed a sound understanding of credit control principles, practices, and regulations.

You will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills alongside the ability to stay on the front foot when interacting effectively with customers.
