We're looking for a highly motivated
Administrator (Auctions) to support our fantastic
Property Auction Department in
Hammersmith, West London.

As our
Administrator (Auctions) you will take ownership of office
administration
accurately and
efficiently and in a professional manner, within a fast paced environment.

Key responsibilities of our Administrator (Auctions) to include:

  • Administrative support to sales and management department within the office
  • Communicating with clients and suppliers
  • Taking calls and message taking
  • Typing and data entry
  • Filing

Skills and experience required to be our Administrator (Auctions)

  • Preferably experience as an
    Administrator /
    Secretary or similar role
  • Customer focussed and comfortable in a client facing role

detail oriented:


  • Organised and able to
    prioritise workload in a faced paced environment
  • Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes
  • Excellent verbal and written
    communication skills
