We're looking for a highly motivatedAdministrator (Auctions) to support our fantastic
Property Auction Department in
Hammersmith, West London.
As our
Administrator (Auctions) you will take ownership of office
administration
accurately and
efficiently and in a professional manner, within a fast paced environment.

Key responsibilities of our Administrator (Auctions) to include:
- Administrative support to sales and management department within the office
- Communicating with clients and suppliers
- Taking calls and message taking
- Typing and data entry
- Filing
Skills and experience required to be our Administrator (Auctions)
- Preferably experience as an
Administrator /
Secretary or similar role - Customer focussed and comfortable in a client facing role
Resilient,
positive,
numerate and
detail oriented:
Organised and able to
prioritise workload in a faced paced environment- Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes
- Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
