Description
We are looking for an experienced Risk and Best Practice Advisor to join an established and successful, legal business.
**Can be based in Swindon, Oxford or Bath
£35-£40k PA**You will provide first-line, technical advisory support to the business on all risk and compliance issues and manage risk and compliance registers and records.

  • Support the Director of Risk and Best Practice with maintenance of the risk and compliance registers and databases, including registers of compliance breaches, data requests, AML records and conflicts of interests.
  • Provide administrative support for external audits, including those relating to Lexcel, AML audits and Legal Aid Agency audits;

Required knowledge:


  • Experience of working in risk and compliance in a legal practice
  • Excellent working knowledge of the relevant laws, regulations, and codes of conduct applicable
  • Legal and/or compliance qualification preferred
