What's the role:


  • Exhibiting a solid understanding of basic domestic building construction materials and methods, allowing for informed product recommendations and solutions.
  • Assisting in conducting surveys of residential premises for new Supply pipe and Comms pipe, including internal plumbing installation and infrastructure repair/maintenance.
  • Using simple hand sketches to quickly convey designs or plans.
  • Providing excellent customer service throughout all aspects of the job, with a primary goal of ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you will need:


  • Be able to undertake cold calling, introducing yourselves to customers and informing them of the scheme.
  • Ability to read drawings and complete simple hand sketches.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to participate in a Standby rota with mandatory weekend working (Saturdays).
  • Full driving license.
