About Our Client:
My client is a well established logistics company based in the UK.
As the Bridgend based Export Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the export process for international shipments
Your duties will include:
- Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure ontime delivery of goods
- Preparing and processing export documentation such as shipping invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations
- Tracking and monitoring the status of shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Communicating with customs officials to ensure compliance with regulations and laws
- Reviewing and negotiating freight rates and terms with carriers and freight forwarders
The Successful Applicant:
- At least 12 months of experience in export administration / logistics coordinator / sales administration
- Knowledge of export regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and transportation management software
What's on Offer:
