Broster Buchanan are recruiting for a global manufacturing business based in Peterborough.

As an Accounts Assistant you will support with invoicing, query resolution, debit note control and cash posting for a forward thinking buisness.


Job Duties and responsibilities:

  • Raising invoices and credit notes
  • Posting daily cash receipts
  • Credit control & query resolution
  • Reconciling & posting invoice batches
  • Maintaining order book & invoicing record
  • Support weekly cash and delivery meetings with collections, forecast and billing information.
  • Journal posting
  • Journals & GL reconciliations for Accounts Receivable
  • Prepare weekly cash, bookings & sales reports
  • Assisting with month end and audit activities

To be successful you will have:

  • Experience within Finance, ideally accounts receivable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Numerate with good excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
verbal and written

  • Ability to work under own initiative
