What you'll be getting up to:
Offer professional advice and assistance to thousands of tenants and landlords
Arranging pretenancy works
Ensure the tenancy runs smoothly from start to finish
Provide a single point of contact for both landlords and tenants
Be able to advise on all aspects of the tenancy lifecycle, including financial, rental, and legal matters
Organise any necessary ongoing maintenance projects
You'll be a great fit if:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience in a professional customer service environment is desirable but not essential.
Ability to problem solve
A passion for excellent customer service
Exceptional communication skills over a variety of platforms
Personable and positive, with the ability to work towards team success
A desire to do a good job is essential

Salary: £24,000 to 26,000
