  • What you'll be getting up to:
  • Offer professional advice and assistance to thousands of tenants and landlords
  • Arranging pretenancy works
  • Ensure the tenancy runs smoothly from start to finish
  • Provide a single point of contact for both landlords and tenants
  • Be able to advise on all aspects of the tenancy lifecycle, including financial, rental, and legal matters
  • Organise any necessary ongoing maintenance projects
  • You'll be a great fit if:
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in a professional customer service environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to problem solve
  • A passion for excellent customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills over a variety of platforms
  • Personable and positive, with the ability to work towards team success
  • A desire to do a good job is essential

  • Salary: £24,000 to 26,000
  • West London & Flexible working
