Paisley

£12.40 per hour | 42 Hours per week | Day or Night shifts

SYK recruitment is delighted to be working with a Nursing Home in Paisley who pride themselves in making a real difference to the lives of their residents, going beyond just meeting their expectations through the aspirations choices they provide in their person-centred care.

The role will involve all aspects of personal care and support.

You will also provide emotional support and companionship, getting to know individual needs to better support them and to ensure they enjoy the best possible quality of life.

The role of a Senior Care Assistant is to ensure high quality care and person-centred care is constantly maintained.

You will lead a team of Care Assistants, liaise with professionals and relatives and ensure in-house and regulatory documentation is completed to a high standard.
