The Role:


We are seeking an Environment Advisor to join our team and take on a critical role in working towards fulfilling the company's environmental ambitions.

This role operates within a stimulating and diverse work area, composed of both desk-based and practical tasks carried out across our expansive manufacturing site, making every day distinct from the next.

As part of our experienced environmental team, you will take on various responsibilities that focus on maintaining conformity and safeguarding of the environment.


Key responsibilities:


  • Oversee the collection and disposal of hazardous waste.
  • Maintenance and review of departmental environmental risk assessments.
  • Responding to environmental alerts and spillages
  • Collaborating with departments to implement environmental improvement initiatives across the site.

Expected skills and experiences:


  • Strong
    analytical and
    communication skills:
  • Excellent knowledge of
    Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work well in a
    team and on your
    own initiative.
  • Excellent
    organisational skills to manage tasks and work to deadlines with good attention to
  • A positive
    'can do' attitude, willingness to learn and get stuck in.
  • A passion for the environment.
  • A full driving licence.
