Recruit UK is working with a well-established London IFA, which is affiliated with one the UK's large Investment Houses. They have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning Support to join their team.

In this role, you will be supporting the advisory and operations teams carrying out administrative support and financial planning duties.

This progressive firm hold a flexible and independent approach to working within a friendly and supportive environment. They are looking for an individual who is focused and eager to provide the best possible service.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

Supporting the Advisory team
Client relationships at a high standard
Update and maintain backoffice systems
Support Advisers with providing advice to clients
Point of contact between advisers, clients, and 3rd party providers
Daytoday financial planning duties.
Support with reports and prepare for client's meetings

What are they looking for?

Experience working within the financial services
Good knowledge of pensions, protections and investments.
Minimum 5 GCSEs required (English & Maths)

IT literate

Microsoft Office
Experience of Advisor Office or equivalent system

Salary:
£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
