Description
Service AdvisorDuties:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services
- Schedule appointments and manage service requests
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Explain repair options and answer customer questions
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of automotive repairs and services, including brake repair, shocks struts, diesel engine repair, tire service, oil change, air brake, transmission, suspension, and alignment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software

Salary:
£26,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bristol: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
