Service Advisor


Duties:


  • Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services
  • Schedule appointments and manage service requests
  • Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
  • Explain repair options and answer customer questions
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history

Skills:


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of automotive repairs and services, including brake repair, shocks struts, diesel engine repair, tire service, oil change, air brake, transmission, suspension, and alignment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software

£26,000.00-£36,000.00 per year

  • Bristol: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
