Reporting to the Property Services Manager, the multi-skilled Plastererwill deliver a wide range of responsive maintenance activities to a diverse customer base for Great Places Housing Group


About You:

You'll have proven key competencies specifically in plastering (core trade), joinery, plumbing and tiling (secondary trades). Additionally, you'll also be able to show evidence of delivering first class customer service in responsive maintenance.

You are experiencedin working with the supply chain associated with responsive maintenance, as well as working with a multi-disciplined service delivery team (within the built environment).

You have high standards of attention to detail and are able to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner whilst working under pressure.

You should have good written and verbal communication skills, plus the ability to use the full range of Microsoft Office.

You have good organisation skills with an ability to time-manage workload, alongside the ability to form effective liaison with staff or other colleagues to give, or find information to resolve problems.

Finally, you will have the ability to develop and projecta positive image of Great Places using personal, written and verbal skills.
