The responsibilities of the Visual Merchandiser extend beyond aesthetic appeal; they encompass a strategic approach to layout decisions, equipment management, and the flawless execution of marketing activations.
- Utilising instore commercial insights gained from stakeholder engagement own on brand decisions to driving engaging shopping experiences.
The role demands a proactive individual who can effectively communicate with both the in-house project management team and retail partners to ensure consistent and on-brand visual standards across all stores within the territory fostering a cohesive and immersive shopping experience created by VM and shared between our client and the wholesale channels.
- Daily documented feedback of instore insights are concisely captured and photos of VM instore achievements are reported back via inhouse reporting tool and PowerPoint.
Developing key relationships are at the heart of this role, necessitating strong partnerships with the Infinite Project Management Team, retailers, and consumers.
- Participation in regular face to face and remote video calls, these meetings are the opportunity to deliver feedback from the territory and receive new briefs. This forms a frequent task within the working week as a VM on our team.
