We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our team.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.


About the role:


  • Establish a safe and supportive learning atmosphere for young children.
  • Develop and execute ageappropriate activities and programs.
  • Monitor and document children's progress and behavior.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and colleagues.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant policies and procedures.
  • Play a part in continuously enhancing the nursery's curriculum.

Requirements:

To be considered for the role of Preschool Educator you will:

  • Possession of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or its equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a Nursery Practitioner.
  • Strong grasp of child development and early years curriculum.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Deep passion for delivering topquality child care and education.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.

The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:


  • Must hold or be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

As Preschool Educator you will be responsible for:

  • Deliver exceptional care and supervision to children in the nursery.
  • Plan and deliver engaging and ageappropriate activities.
  • Promote positive strategies for behavior management.
