Description

The team are responsible for providing effective advice and support to tenants/Licencees,shared owners,leaseholders and signposting on a wide range of issues, ensuring that enforcement action is a last resort, as we aim to help residents sustain their tenancy and avoid homelessness.


The role requires strong listening and self resiliency skills as it involves dealing with challenging customers in difficult circumstances, in addition to managing the expectations of the wider community and other stakeholders.


The role requires up to date knowledge of various tenancy types, rights and obligations, enforcement options, anti social behaviour legislation, and related policies.


You will need a working knowledge of ensuring estates and properties are maintained in an acceptable condition, and that repairs are reported and ordered in line with tenancy obligations.

The role will require the ability to communicate at all levels, including local residents associations and other involved tenant group
