APEM Group are looking for a Tender Coordinator to support our Tenders team who manage the tender selection process and liaise with our scientists to coordinate responses.

Working in a fast-paced team, you will support the bid executives to respond to changing business needs and guiding technical teams throughout the tender process.


As Senior Tender Coordinator, you will lead and co-ordinate the preparation of tenders from all stages of the process, tracking progress within deadlines and ensuring relevant staff provide the requested information.

You will have responsibility for writing tenders with clear technical requirements and preparing both technical and non-technical text, as well as costing proposals.

You will also have the opportunity to develop and grow your experience through working on straightforward PPQs and bids.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in completing tenders, bid process (and related tasks)
  • Good knowledge of Bid Best Practice
  • Administration experience gained in a fastpaced function (ideally in tenders or related field)
  • Excellent organisation skills with a good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing demands
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Desirable

  • Educated to degree level (relevant degree preferred)
  • APMP qualification (Completed or ongoing)
  • Knowledge of all MS Office programs and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience working on Deltek would be beneficial
