AM2PM are recruiting for Pipefitter / Coded Welders to work at our well known metal structures manufacturing client based in Birkenhead, CH41

Requirements:


  • TIG welding to a coded standard in 6G position (stainless steel) will be tested on interview.


  • Pipe fitting

  • Must be able to tack up flanges and bends independently.
  • Current / Valid site card.
  • Willing to spend most of the time working on site.
  • All welding will be independently DPI tested on site

Would be beneficial if you have:

  • Up to date codings in TIG process.
  • Proof of previous codings.
  • Experience on carbon steel storage tanks stick welding.
  • Plate codings to coded ASME / EN standard.
  • Confined space training.

Pay rate:

- £16 per hour - £17.50 per hour depending on experience and skillset

  • Anything over 39 hours per week is paid at time and a half (x1.5)

Shifts:



  • Monday

  • Friday (x5 days per week)


  • Monday

  • Thursday 8am4:30pm
  • Fridays 8am3:30pm
  • X1 30 minute unpaid break and x1 paid 15 minute break.

Salary:
£16.50-£17.50 per hour
