Route 1 are looking to recruit Order Pickers (Selectors) to work for our client Aldi RDC based in Goldthorpe area Rotherham.

The role will be on a temporary to permanent basis.

05:00 starts times

Working any 5 days over 7 (monthly rota will be issued)

Minimum 7 hours per shift (shift time finishes can be flexible to suit individual requirements)

Rates of pay
£11.00ph + holiday after 12 weeks £11.95ph + holiday pay

Bank holidays time are paid at time and half on the day of a Bank holiday up to or from Midnight

On the successful completion of an Aldi contract, you will receive a £200 bonus payment.

Duties and responsibilities

Picking stock accurately and efficiently to service our stores and customers, using a voice automated headset.
Working towards daily pick rates and KPI's

- you will be required to use a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) to transport picked products.

A Structured Coaching and training programme is provided for headsets and LLOP should it be required.
