Vacancy Description

We are looking for a Team Leader with a Social Work or Occupational Therapy degree to help manage our Locality team and provide effective guidance.

The post is based in the eastern end of West Berkshire in Calcot serving the surrounding communities.

We are looking for someone who can be part of the continued development of adult social care in West Berkshire, building on the strengths of people and their local communities.

As a Team Leader, you will be the contact point for team members, so your communication skills should be excellent.

You should be able to act proactively to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration.

You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating members of the team on a daily basis. We need flexible and innovative leaders to take the team forward in a challenging climate.
