Our well-established and reputable client based on the outskirts of Northampton are currently seeking an Administrator to join their growing organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a keen eye for detail, IT literacy and eagerness tolearn to join a forward-thinking business.


Key Duties:


  • Complete accurate Data Administration duties
  • To work alongside the Operations Manager supporting with the ongoing management and development of the company database
  • Researching and utilizing various tools/resources available to the business to extract key data to ensure all data is updated and accurate for the use of the sales team
  • Whist data is the primary objective of the role, duties might expand into other administrative areas which could include accounts, HR, building maintenance and other general administrative areas.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Previous administrative experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn
  • IT literacy with knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Strong time management skills
  • Highly organised and efficient
  • Keen team player
  • Good maths skills
  • Adaptable and flexible with an openness to feedback
  • Driver with access to their own vehicle (due to location)

The Offering:


  • Salary of £22,000 £25,000 per annum
  • 37.5 hours per week 08:50 17:30 Monday-Friday
  • Benefits package
