Are you confident and tenacious when making calls to businesses? Do you want to progress your career in telemarketing?


Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing company based in Shirley, Solihull, and we are looking for a Telemarketing Executive to join their team.

As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be working on behalf of their clients to contact a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments, generate leads, update company information, and complete telephone surveys on behalf of clients with their customers.


To be successful in this role, you should have experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls, and be able to achieve a dial target of at least 175 dials per day (depending on the campaign).

You should be confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD, HRD, and Marketing Director.

Excellent communication skills, good time management, and the ability to meet deadlines are also essential.

We offer a clear and transparent salary structure, starting at £11 per hour.

We also offer a clear and transparent commission structure, which can range from £125 - £225 per month depending on your hours worked, along with weekly and monthly bonuses.
