My client is searching for a talented individual to join their Onboarding Team at their York, North Yorkshire offices.

Main Duties:


  • Assisting with regulatory and compliance admin such as ID checks, source of wealth/funds and collecting Terms of Business for Residential Conveyancing and Wills & Probate.
  • File opening within our case management system
  • Bankruptcy searches for beneficiaries
  • Creating matter contacts, including beneficiaries, executors and attorneys in our case management system
  • Working primarily with the Residential Conveyancing and Probate departments across all three offices to provide a central resource
  • Excellent communication skills including experience in dealing with a range of clients via telephone and facetoface; discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Products
  • Webbased solutions (Experience using internet commercial sites. Could include online shopping, booking holidays, booking tickets, online banking etc.)
