We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Centre Representative.As a Call Centre Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Up sell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle high call volumes
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyse customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a professional manner
Salary:
From £24,791.99 per year
