Job Title:
Technical Support Advisor - Accountancy Software


Salary:
Up to £35,000 DOE


Location:
Hybrid/ Remote


My client is looking for a Technical Support Advisor to join their team, they are an Accountancy Software company looking for someone who is used to both advising client on the technology and the Accounts.

This role requires someone who has strong communicationskills and is confident on the phone. The role will be resolving low level technical issues whilst delivering excellent customer service.

You will be working in a ticketed environment, so good attention to detail and the ability to priorities work is a must.

This role offers development and growth.


Duties:


  • Advise technical solutions for customers
  • Ensure processes and procedure are improved
  • Working within a ticketed environment
  • Understand and log customers' problems
  • Liaise with customers to keep them updated
  • Provide technical assistance via tickets and via calls
  • Understand an issue and ensure the customer is provided with a solution that fits their needs
  • 2+ Years Exchequer Accounts Software or equivalent Accounts software Helpdesk Support
  • Accounts Software Accreditation in relevant product

Attributes:


  • AAT Level 2 or Higher / Equivalent Experience (or significant accounting knowledge and experience)
