Job Responsibilities

Administration of the scheduled submission for microbiology testing, ensuring all products and samples are dispatched in accordance and results are logged and trended.
Ownership of the customer complaints reporting system responding directly to complaints and trending of data.
Maintenance and development of the training matrix in conjunction with the QA and the HR Team to ensure all staff are trained to the correct level.
Filing and organisation of all paperwork associated with incoming deliveries, supplier and raw material approvals.
Maintenance of approved supplier information and communication to all production teams.
Creation of Kirsty's product specifications
Maintenance of of product specifications on supplier systems as required
Management of the artwork approval process to ensure all packaging is printed in time with correct information ready for launches.
Administration of document control system and all documents to ensure document control throughout the quality management system.
Checking, scanning and filing of all completed production paperwork
Support in completion of paperwork for export as required.
Oversee traceability exercises and completion of associated paperwork
