Description

An international organisation based in Birmingham city centre is looking for a personable Credit Controller to support the collection of debts and implementation of finance administration.

You will be integral within the firm in managing agreements and communicatingdisputed fees with the relevant staff members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variation and organisation


The role will primarily involve:

  • Handling debtor ledgers for specific clients and reporting to the Finance Manager.
  • Maintaining excellent client and customer service.
  • Preparing statements and reports at the agreed timescales.
  • Implementing new procedures when necessary and suggesting improvements.
  • Updating the databases and maintaining accurate records.
  • General administration such as opening the post and distributing accordingly.


This is a responsible role in the firm, ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and handling their own workload.

The successful Credit Controller will have experience in a similar role, ideally within professional services. This role is full time,hybrid role.
