Are you passionate about Customer Service, and looking for progression and a great place to work?
We're looking for somebody who wants to progress to Internal Sales Executive level, and achieve the next tier sales bonus


Working pattern:


  • Monday to Friday
  • 8am to 5pm
  • Occasionally 7:30am to 4:30pm (Trade Counter cover)

The role:


  • Engage with key stakeholders, respond to queries, provide price quotes and process orders.
  • Develop and maintain profitable sales by proactively targeting new customers.
  • Regular engagement with external sales force and credit control teams.
  • Submit orders into the system and maintain sales records.
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or respond to enquiries.
  • Internal communication of customer feedback.
  • Keep abreast with new industry products and services (including competitors).

Your profile:


  • Understanding of sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Commercial acumen
  • Experience in a Sales Administrator or Support Agent role (or similar)
  • CRM software and MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • Track record of having met and exceeded sales targets
  • Customer service best practices
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Prioritisation and timemanagement skills
  • Adaptive communication with crosscultural awareness
  • Exceptional organisation skills
  • Ability to escalate concerns, anomalies or foreseen challenges to management
  • IT conversant
  • Selfmotivated
  • Thrive as part of a team, but happy to work autonomously
