Having successfully deployed our GUS150 products to the Hornsea 2 windfarm in the North Sea we are expanding our operation to fulfil further orders and need smart, energetic and motivated people to join our team.

Assembly and Test Operator


Job description:


We have a requirement for a number of production operators to join our small manufacturing team carrying out wiring and test of our product.


Main duties:


  • Carrying out electro mechanical assembly
  • Maintaining appropriate build records
  • Carrying out electrical test (point to point, functional) and software configuration
  • Liaising with the engineering and procurement team
  • Minimum three years' relevant experience
  • Handson experience in electro mechanical assembly including wire prep and following a wiring schedule
  • A permit to work in the UK
  • Excellent workmanship and attention to detail
  • Good manual dexterity
  • Good computer skills
  • Good team player
  • Experience of following work instructions as part of a Quality Management System
  • Good communication skills

What you can Expect in Return:

  • £12.50 per hour, 40 hours per week, day shift, some opportunities for overtime
  • Fixed term contract of 8 months, may be an option to extend

Experience:

- electromechanical assembly: 3 years (preferred)
